How to install the Alessandro Design LED chandelier?

Is the LED chandelier difficult to install? 
If you have reached our category of LED chandeliers and you've already identified a few models you like, after viewing pictures, presentation videos and specifications, you may be wondering how to mount these fixtures. They are definitely different from classic chandeliers, both in appearance and function, and therefore, you might think that they are complicated to assemble or even that you need a professional to do it. Fortunately, we guarantee that you can assemble any LED chandelier from our collection without help, and in this article we will show you what the installation of the chandelier entails. 
How do I mount the Alessandro Design LED chandelier? 
On our YouTube channel we prepared one video in which we show step by step, which is the principle of mounting the LED chandeliers sold by us. You can also find other helpful videos there.
 
Although their designs vary, from simple small chandeliers to complex designs with crystals and special decorations, most share the same system: it is essential to correctly connect the cables between the light elements and the base of the chandelier. 
 
We want the assembling/mounting and installation part of the chandelier to be easy for you, so we have reduced the whole operation to 5 simple steps:
Step 1 
Carefully open the package and check the following items: 



 

• remote control - for chandeliers with remote control
• the lampshades - its decorative elements, which can have various shapes, but you can easily identify them, because they give the design (depending on the model)
• the base of the chandelier - a metal body, as a rule, which is connected with the lampshades by thin cables
• the fixing accessories for led bodies and base - stud-type tubes with thread at both ends, nuts, screws, metal rods (depending on the model, the number of parts differs)

 
Step 2
manual, thread each tube into the corresponding hole on the led bodies. Their number differs from chandelier to chandelier. These tubes have an aesthetic role, to mask the cables, but also a practical one, because the height of the chandelier depends on them. 
Step 3 
Then, one by one, bring each led fixture close to the base and thread the other threaded ends of the tubes into the corresponding holes on the base, taking care to pass all electrical wires behind it.
Step 4 
Turn the base upside down and manually fix the threaded tubes with special nuts. You may need to use a key on some models. 
Step 5 
Fix the metal rod / rods, connect the cables through the special plugs and install the chandelier on the ceiling with the help of a drill. 
 
We recommend that you wear protective gloves while assembling the chandelier, but also when installing it on the ceiling. 
Installation of the LED chandelier
Most models of Alessandro Design LED chandeliers work with a remote control, but you can also operate them with the classic switch, so you can easily install the new chandelier with LED source in the same place where you had a classic chandelier before. 
If you can handle the assembly part of the chandelier yourself, for the safety of the electrical installation, we advise you to contact an electrician for the ceiling mounting stage (if you are not sure that you are familiar with a specialized standard).
