1. Return Deadline
The return policy specifies the period within which you can return a product. Typically, this period varies between 14 and 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. It is important to read this information to ensure that you are in compliance with the online store's requirements.
The Alessandro Design shop offers customers the opportunity to return a product within 30 days of purchase, thus supporting buyers.
How can you return a product purchased online from our shop?

Let us know: either give us a call, or write to us at the email address or directly on WhatsApp at the phone numbers mentioned on the site, to request the return of the respective product.

Pack the product so that it reaches us intact: either use the box it came in, or pack it in another box that allows the product to be safely transported back to our warehouse. Therefore, it is a good idea to unpack the product carefully and keep the packaging it came in until you are sure that it is the product you want. Although it would be ideal to keep the packaging at least until the warranty expires: you never know, good care goes a long way, as the saying goes :)!

We will take care of the rest, we will request the courier company to pick up the product from the address you specified in the return request. Usually, an employee of the courier company will reach you within 24 hours of the request. From the moment the product is picked up from you, as soon as it arrives back to our warehouse, we will return the money to the account specified in the return request.
Summary: Request the return, either by phone or by email or whatsapp. Pack the product appropriately. Wait for the courier to arrive. The money will be transferred to the indicated account as soon as possible!
2. Condition of the Returned Product
In general, the product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in - new and unused, with all original labels and packaging intact. The return policy may include specifications regarding the condition of the product and any accessories or gifts that must accompany the return. For any questions, our support team will be at your disposal, so do not hesitate to ask questions to clarify any doubts :)
ATTENTION! If you have ordered several products of the same type, do not unseal them all, if you do not like the first one or it does not meet your requirements and/or expectations in any way! Because the return of a single unsealed product is allowed, in the event that several products of the same type have been ordered.
3. Transportation Costs
Another important aspect of the return policy is who bears the shipping costs. In some cases, the online store may pay the return costs, while in others, they may be borne by the buyer. Normally, Romanian law obliges the seller to pay the return costs, provided that the return takes place within a maximum of 14 days of purchase.
Because we value our customers, we have extended the no-cost return period to 30 days!
4. Exceptions
In some cases, certain products, such as personalized or personal care products, may not be eligible for return. The return policy may also include information on how to handle products that have not been delivered or have been delivered incorrectly. Therefore, we advise you to take a look at the return policy of the online store where you want to make your purchases before making any online purchases.

Undelivered products Alessandro Design
Although we do our best to excel in relation to each individual customer, sometimes mistakes can happen. Thus, if due to an unfortunate error a product ordered on the Alessandro Design shop does not reach you, or a completely different product arrives, do not panic! Here is how you can solve this unpleasant situation in a few simple steps:

Alessandro Design products ordered on the online shop usually arrive at the customer within 48 hours of placing the order. The exception is during very busy periods of the year - Black Friday, December, Easter Eve - when delivery times may increase due to congestion in courier services.

So, if a product has not arrived to you within 48 hours, or the order has arrived incomplete:
- call us or write to us on WhatsApp or email - we will need a name and phone number to identify you in the system.
- we can quickly check the situation in the warehouse, then get back to you and inform you about the status of the order - if it is delayed, or about sending the missing or incorrectly sent product/products. Within 24 hours of notification, you will usually have the missing products at your door.
Finally, we would like to remind you that it is your right as a customer to request the return of a product within 14 days, but we at Alessandro Design have extended this period to 30 days from purchase!
Don't panic if a product is missing from your package - our error rate is very low, but not zero - we are still human, and as such we can make mistakes. Let us know and rest assured that we are with you!
