What is the warranty's validity period?
Most products have a 24-month warranty for individuals and 12 months for legal entities. Depending on the product, this term may vary.
Resealed products have a 12-month warranty regardless of whether you are an individual or a legal entity. To learn more about the warranty, access the warranty section here.
How to use the remote control? What about the app?
Find out how to set up your chandelier's remote control and how to connect it to the mobile app.
1. Turn off the chandelier at the switch. Then turn on the chandelier and immediately press and hold the SETUP button. The chandelier should now be connected and you can adjust its settings.
2. If it is not equipped with a SETUP button, remove the wire outside, bring the remote control as close as possible to the product to catch the signal.
Caution: During installation, do not operate the sensor to avoid damage. Contact the service for repairs.
What conditions must be met to receive a discount?
To benefit from a discount:
- The order must amount to at least 5000 lei.
- Products must not already be in the campaign

Replacement of defective parts
Most parts can be replaced at home by you, but we recommend that for the electrical part you contact us or use the services of a licensed electrician. This way you stay away from risks and loss of warranty.

Regarding VAT for orders invoiced to individuals or legal entities in Romania and the European Economic Area, we have the following specifications:
1. Orders to natural or legal persons from Romania:
These orders will be invoiced with 19% VAT.
Orders to legal entities from the European Economic Area:
a) For legal entities paying VAT:
These orders will be invoiced with 0% VAT.
b) For legal entities not paying VAT and individuals, we specify the VAT depending on the related country:
If orders are to Bulgaria, the applicable VAT will be 20%.
If orders are to Hungary, the applicable VAT will be 27%.
If orders are to Greece, the applicable VAT will be 24%.
If orders are to the Czech Republic, the applicable VAT will be 21%.
If orders are to Poland, the applicable VAT will be 23%.
If orders are to Slovakia, the applicable VAT will be 20%.
If orders are to Slovenia, the applicable VAT will be 22%.
If orders are to Croatia, the applicable VAT will be 25%.
