Delivery Policy
What is the delivery time?
- Delivery time is 1-3 business days .
- In the case of 'pre-order' products, the deadline can be 2-4 business days .
- Products located in external warehouses (outside Romania) have a delivery time of 4-9 working days .
Orders placed by 12 noon, for which there is stock, will most of the time be handed over to the courier on the same day. Over 80% of packages handed over to the courier service are delivered the next day.
This information is also available on the product page, where the estimated delivery date is displayed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link where you can view the status of your order. On that page, you can track the status of your shipment by clicking on the "Track your package" button. If this button is not visible, then your order has not yet been handed over to the courier service.
After handing over the packages to the courier, you will receive in another email both the AWB number and the tracking link of the courier who will deliver your order.
Delivery via easyBox
Certain Alessandro Design products can also be delivered via easyBox , depending on their size. Products for which this option is available are explicitly marked on the product page with the following badge:

Attention: Currently, only orders with 1 single product can be delivered via easyBox.
What is the delivery policy?
1. Delivery throughout Romania:
- The delivery cost is 21.99 lei for each order.
- Orders with a total value greater than 400 lei benefit from free shipping.
- For orders that require delivery in several separate packages, due to the different delivery type for the products in the order, the shipping fee is charged for each order separately, if the values of these orders do not exceed 400 lei .
2. Delivery to Bulgaria and Hungary:
- The delivery cost is 35.99 lei.
3. Delivery to Greece, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia:
- The delivery cost is 45.99 lei.
4. The courier used for delivery is DPD or SameDay .
- After taking the order, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days from the date of invoice issuance and confirmation of warehouse stocks.
- The product reservation is not done automatically when the order is placed, as there is a risk that some products may be damaged during handling in the warehouse.
- In exceptional situations, when the products are not available in stock, the maximum delivery time may reach 30 days . If it is not possible to bring the products into stock and fulfill the order within this period, it will be automatically canceled.
5. Products from other suppliers in the European Union:
- Some products available in our store come from suppliers in other countries in the European Union.
- The longer lead time is due to the import and international logistics process required to ensure the safe and prompt delivery of these products.
- These products are marked with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days (visible on the product page)
Please note that we make every effort to meet the stated delivery times and to provide you with the best service. Should delays or other unexpected issues arise, we will promptly inform you and make every effort to remedy the situation.

How do I change delivery dates?
You can change the delivery dates by the following means:
- For AWBs delivered by Dpd , you will receive an SMS with the link to your shipment. By accessing the shipment page you have the option to change the delivery data.
- For AWBs delivered by SameDay , you can access the "SAMEDAY App" application where you can change delivery dates or reschedule the delivery.
- You can contact us by phone at the support number 021.555.7252 or on WhatsApp at 0723.029.676 and an Alessandro Design representative will update the delivery dates of your order.
What is an AWB?
Inside a parcel, you will find important documents that you should check. The most obvious of these is the AWB (Air Waybill) , which is attached to the parcel on the outside. The AWB is an essential document that contains information about the shipment of the parcel, such as details about the sender, recipient, parcel contents and delivery instructions. It serves as proof of the transport contract and allows you to track the status of the parcel using the AWB number and associated tracking codes. In addition, there may also be a general instruction manual, which provides additional information about the products or services in the parcel and can be useful during the usage process.
