Attention: This page refers to the return policy according to legal norms. If you have received a product that is aesthetically unsatisfactory (broken, scratched, chipped, etc.) you are obliged to notify us within 72 hours of delivery of the products.
How can I access the return form?
Before completing the form, please make sure that all products you wish to send for warranty or return are properly packaged.
Once you have completed the form, it will be reviewed by the Alessandro Design team within 2 business days. You will be informed by email with the details of the AWB for the pick-up or shipment of the products by / to you. In case further clarification is needed, an Alessandro Design representative can contact you by phone or WhatsApp.

If you wish to receive a refund for the products, the following policy will apply:
- If you cancel your purchase due to product non-conformities (e.g. aesthetic defects, non-functional product or product incompatible with specifications) you will receive the full amount (including shipping costs).
- If you cancel your purchase due to subjective reasons (e.g. you don't like it, it doesn't fit or you simply don't want the product anymore), the shipping cost you originally paid will be deducted from the refunded amount. If you benefited from free shipping (order over 400 RON), the related shipping cost of 21.99 RON will be deducted.
How can a product be returned?
- Pack the product properly for transport, in the original box or in a hard cardboard box that will protect the product during transport (add all accessories that came with the product)
- Fill out the return form, accessible here: return form
- Wait for the courier to arrive and hand over the products you wish to return to him/her.
- Your request will be resolved within 14 days of notification.
Before returning the product, please pack it as well as possible (preferably in the original packaging) along with all the parts and accessories it came with. If you are returning the product for a refund, you must return the product as you received it (in the original packaging).
If the returned product is damaged, product components are missing, the box is damaged (including when foam/glue is applied directly over the box), the value that will be returned to the consumer will be reduced by the cost of bringing the product to its original condition.
What products are ineligible for return?
- Products that may endanger consumer health: personal care products, hairbrushes, toothbrushes, sterilizers, etc.
- Custom-made products personalized for a specific client, etc.
- Consumable products: Products in the following categories are considered consumables and cannot be returned: Light bulbs, LED bulbs, LED strips, Ceramic cartridges, Gaskets and seals, Water filter cartridges, Flexible connections, Shower heads, Faucet handles.

Can I return a product purchased physically from the showroom?
Purchases made in the store do not benefit from the right of return (withdrawal from the contract) according to GEO 34/2014.
Can I return a product purchased from a commercial company?
Legal entities do not have the right to return regardless of the method of purchase (online order, delivery or pick-up in store).
Can I return a product with missing parts?
If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, a fee will be charged for restoring it to its original condition (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand or, at the customer's option, we will reship the product at their expense. (Art.14 point 3)
